Run & Gun 2.


This game was awesome. I remember playing this a lot on arcade because they never made it into a super Nintendo game or anything. The instant replays, windmills and the Tim Hardaway Crossovers were probably the best things about this game, which were new to basketball games at the time. They were actually really smooth too, like Iverson like. The only drawback to this game was that it wasn't NBA licensed.
